Our Services
We provide house clearance, large and full property clearance and property strip-outs for homeowners, families, estate agents, property managers and probate solicitors. Each service is designed to take the heavy work off your hands and leave the property ready for its next step.
Our house clearance service covers full or part house clearances, with everything sorted, loaded and taken away for you. Clearing a home can feel overwhelming, especially after a bereavement or ahead of a move. We handle the work so you get the property back clear and swept.
We clear entire properties down to an empty shell, no matter how much is inside. If you are selling or handing over a property full of belongings, knowing where to start with a job of this size can be difficult. Our large team handles multi-load clearances, leaving the property ready for whatever comes next.
Our property strip-outs remove kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, fixtures and fittings. This is ideal when a property needs to be cleared and ready for refurbishment or for the trades to begin. We take care of the removal and disposal so the work can start without delay.

What a brilliant lad and service , on time , a text to say he’s on his way and blitz through a few tonne of rubble over two evenings. Brushed up afterwards and a pleasure through out .

After a really bad experience with a scammer, I was relieved to find this company. They were professional, friendly and very quick to get the job done. Everything was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean and tidy. It was such a relief to deal with a genuine, reliable company after what had happened. I’m very grateful for their excellent service and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company. Thank you so much!

About Us
Waste is a family trade for the Fishers. Carlo’s grandad and dad were both in the industry before him, and he worked and saved until he could afford to buy a van. His first jobs were local, carried out in the evenings and on weekends alongside a full-time job. As word spread, demand grew, and the business became a full-time operation. Today, we aim to provide homeowners and families with an honest, careful clearance service completed to a high standard.
We are based at Trafford Park in Manchester and cover Manchester and Greater Manchester. We are registered waste carriers with the Environment Agency and hold public liability insurance. Waste transfer notes are available on request. Our team is available seven days a week, from 7 am to 10 pm.

A shared bin chamber buried under bagged household waste, cardboard and broken furniture. We empty it by hand, reset the bins and take the waste to our licensed tipping facility.

An open-plan flat left with carpets, furniture, tools and household clutter. Stripped back to bare floor and ready for the landlord to refurbish and relet.

A narrow terraced passage blocked by timber, cables and garden waste. We clear it by hand, with no skip or permit required, restoring safe access to the back door and bins.
